Refund policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery arrival, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.
1.2. Items marked as "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
1.3. Sale items are final sale and non-returnable.
1.4. All our garments pass a quality control check, and each item is inspected prior to dispatch. In the unlikely event that there is a fault, please contact hello@mizouk.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include your order number and send clear images and a video of the fault.
1.5. Original shipping costs and any customs charges are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any return.
2. Initiating a Return
2.1. To initiate a return, please email contact@mizouk.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Return Shipping
3.1. We offer free returns. A £5 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping.
3.2. All returns must be registered within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Inspection and Approval
4.1. Once your return has been received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our eligibility requirements.
4.2. You will be notified by email once your return has been approved or, if applicable, declined.
5. Refund Process
5.1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
5.2. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5.3. Please note, customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by the destination country and customers are informed of this at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to customer neglect, refusal to pay duties, or an incorrect address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
5.4. You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
6. Exchanges
UK Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item within the UK, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement size or style. We will provide free standard shipping on the replacement order.
International Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item from outside the UK, please return the item to us and notify our team of the exchange request by email contact@mizouklondon.com. Once the returned item has been received and approved, we will dispatch your replacement item free of charge.
7. Order Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled free of charge provided they have not yet been fulfilled or dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled and dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns Policy.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may cancel their order free of charge at any time before it has been fulfilled or dispatched by contacting us.
If you are located within the European Union, you may also have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to applicable exemptions under EU consumer protection law.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
